One key point of information to note when buying a replacement night latch front door lock is that there are two common sizes.  Firstly there is the more popular 60 mm backset night latch and then there is the narrow profile 40 mm backset night latch, which is often fitted to glass panel doors.  The backset is the distance the keyhole is from the front leading edge of the door measured straight across. Measure it yourself and call.
