Here are just some of the many door knobs we have to offer
Polished chrome
Pictured above are mortise locks suitable for installation with door knobs.
The 4 inch vertical or standard configuration of lock is on the right hand side.
This is recommended for use with a door knob to give distance between the door knob and the door frame and so avoid rapping knuckles on frame.
Other options are
A 5 inch horizontal lock suitable for knob furniture when using a small sized neat round or tear drop escutcheon
And
The 6 inch horizontal lock (on top in picture above), is suitable for knob furniture when using a normal sized keyhole escutcheon.
Where no lock is required on the door we can provide a 4 inch flat latch can be used or a good quality 4 inch tubular latch
These are more inexpensive options then the locks above and are very often used
Of course rim locks which fit onto the surface of the door are the traditional locks used down through the ages with door knobs. Rim locks are still available, mortise locks are used with knobs to give a modern finish to the door.
